A Game of Thrones (A Song of Ice and Fire, Book 1)

A Game of Thrones - George R.R. Martin My boss recomended this to me. It's well writen but a little slow and jumps between charictors a lot. There are lots of charictors and I found myslef having to stop reading go back and figure out who I was reading about. Also not many of them are likable.

I would have given it more stars but the author killed off the few charictors that I did like and I felt really cheated when none of the story lines resolved in this book. This is the begining of a VERY long bunch of books, and they don't get any more cheerful as the story moves along.

The evil stuff is really creapy and scary, in fact I had nighmares about dead bodys coming after me after reading it.

All in all not a fun read.
